The first step towards a beautiful, healthy smile is to
schedule an appointment. Please contact
our office by phone or complete an online appointment request.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep your dental appointment,
please let our office know within 24 hours of your appointment time. We ask
for advance notice so we may offer your appointment to other patients who may
be available instead. Please note that a cancellation fee may apply if a
patient does not show up to an appointment or does not give sufficient
cancellation notice.
Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, and most
major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed.
